This Returns and Refunds Policy explains your rights and options regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through our store, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1.1 Eligibility: We accept returns and exchanges for most products within 30 days from the date of purchase. 

All products undergo a quality control check before being shipped. However, if you encounter any of the following issues upon opening the package, please inform us by taking a picture and directly emailing us with your order number:

  • Unclear printed image.

  • Off-center printed image.

  • Incorrect package received in comparison to the order.

  • Damaged product due to delivery (torn, dirty, etc.).

  • Incorrect size, color, or style compared to the order.

  • Other mistakes caused by us.

If your received product has any of the issues mentioned above, please contact us via email or through our website. Provide pictures of the errors and your order number. Once we verify the issue, we will either refund or replace the item.

Note: Returns are only accepted if the item has not been used or washed and is in the same condition as when you received it. We are not responsible for any sizing issues if the item was made according to your request. However, if we shipped the wrong size in comparison to the order, we will follow the policy outlined above.

1.2 Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within the specified timeframe. They will provide you with instructions and a return authorization, if applicable. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error or a defective/damaged product.

1.3 Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and any other items that came with the product. We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the item is not returned in its original condition.

REFUNDS

2.1 Refund Eligibility: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds are typically issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase. In some cases, store credit or alternative refund methods may be offered at our discretion.

2.2 Refund Processing Time: The time it takes for your refund to be processed and credited back to your account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution. 

2.3 Non-Refundable Items: 

There are certain circumstances in which you cannot return and refund your item or cancel your order:

  • Selection Errors: If you have chosen the wrong size, color, or product type, we are unable to accept return and refund.

  • Image Quality: If the product’s image quality is considered good, it does not qualify for a return and refund.

  • Mistaken Order/Change of Interest: If you ordered by mistake or are no longer interested in the item, returns and cancellations are not possible.

  • Order Timeframe: Orders cannot be canceled after 12 hours of being placed since we typically ship them within that timeframe.

  • Coupon Code: Please note that if you used a coupon code, we do not accept refunds under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT?

Once we issue your refund, it takes additional time for your financial institution to make funds available in your account. Refer to the following table for more details.

Paypal: 3 to 5 business days

Credit card: Up to 10 business days

⚠️Limitations: The warranty policy is applicable only once per order.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

3.1 Inspection upon Receipt: We take utmost care to ensure that our products are in excellent condition when shipped. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and provide detailed information and supporting evidence, such as photographs, to help us assess the issue.

3.2 Replacement or Refund: Depending on the circumstances, we will offer either a replacement for the damaged or defective item or a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges. We may request that you return the item or provide further information to facilitate the resolution.

CANCELLATIONS

Order Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, if the order has already been shipped, you may need to follow the return process outlined above.

  1. Can I get a refund if I’m not completely satisfied with my purchase or simply don’t want it anymore?

If your problems come from the quality of our products, as long as it is within 30 days of the date on your invoice.

  1. How long does it take for me to receive my refund credit to my original payment method?

It takes approximately 5-7 business days to process the credit refund to your original payment method after it has been received and after an inspection period of up to 3 days from the date of receipt by Levitshirt Store.

  1. What are the exceptions that might prevent me from getting a full refund?

  • If your request for a refund is after 30 days of delivery tracking

  • The problems are caused by giving the wrong shipping address, putting the wrong custom information such as custom name, hair color, or the size you ordered is not fitted.

  • The order was sent with exactly the information and items on order.

  1. Can I exchange my item(s)?

All Levitshirt products are custom-printed. If you would like to exchange an item for another size or a different design, please help us to cover the resend fee. The resend fee depends on the product(s) you purchase.
